This bridge round is intended for:

• Existing supporters

• Strategic partners

• Early institutional and accredited individual investors

 

How This Works (Plain & Transparent)

Capital contributions made through this portal are processed securely via , which provides:

• Encrypted payment processing

• Transaction-level audit trails

• Automated receipts and confirmations

All funds are received by GÖ CLT, LLC and allocated toward approved operating and development expenses in accordance with internal governance and applicable agreements.

 

Legal & Structural Notice (Important)

Contributions made through this portal are not consumer purchases and do not represent revenue transactions.

Participation in this bridge round is:

• Offered only to accredited investors or strategic partners, where applicable

• Intended to be documented separately via a SAFE or equivalent instrument, provided directly by GÖ CLT, LLC

• Subject to final acceptance by the company

Submission of funds through this portal does not itself constitute a completed investment until the appropriate documentation is executed.

Bridge capital may be applied toward:

• Internal and contracted engineering development

• Platform infrastructure and AI systems

• Security, compliance, and operational continuity

• Short-term working capital requirements

No public offering is being made through this portal.

 

Payment Instructions

Preferred Method: ACH Bank Transfer (Recommended)

ACH is the default and preferred payment method for bridge contributions.

Why ACH:

• Lower processing fees

• Suitable for larger amounts

• Faster settlement than wire in most cases

• Fully traceable and auditable

ACH transfers are initiated securely through Stripe’s bank-verification flow. No banking credentials are stored by GÖ CLT.

 

Alternative Methods (By Request)

• Wire Transfer: Available upon request for larger institutional checks

• Card Payments: Accepted in limited cases for smaller contributions (fees apply)
