Privacy Policy
How GÖ.AI handles traveler, financial, operational, and enterprise information.
Scope and responsible entity
This policy covers GÖ.AI websites, executive travel and enterprise experiences, Treasury workflows, and related communications operated by GO Corporate & Executive LSP, LLC under the GÖ.AI brand, subject to the specific services enabled. Separate agreements may apply to enterprise deployments.
Information we may collect
Depending on functionality used, we may process identity and contact details; account credentials and access metadata; traveler profiles and preferences; trip dates, locations, itineraries, booking and confirmation references; flight, lodging, ground transportation, calendar and disruption context; support correspondence; AI chat messages and voice recordings or transcripts where enabled; device, security and usage logs; and organizational roles, approvals, policies and audit records.
Treasury, Stripe, and Plaid
Payment processing may involve Stripe and other payment providers, including payment intents, authorization and capture status, transaction identifiers, billing details, fees, refunds and disputes. Financial-account linking, when offered and expressly authorized, may use Plaid to retrieve permitted account or transaction information for reconciliation, expense management, or reporting. GÖ.AI should not request online-banking passwords by email. Payment-card and bank data handling depends on the provider and integration; we do not represent that every financial field is stored by GÖ.AI.
Purpose of processing
We process information to authenticate accounts, coordinate and monitor requested journeys, evaluate trip dependencies and risk, present travel options, execute authorized provider requests, support payments and expenses, enforce configured enterprise policies, provide support, detect abuse, maintain auditability, and improve service reliability. Where required, we rely on appropriate consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.
Enterprise visibility and duty of care
Authorized organizational users may access itinerary, movement, disruption, policy, expense, or traveler-status information according to their assigned roles and organizational settings. An executive-facing briefing may intentionally display less detail than an authorized duty-of-care or travel-management view. Enterprise administrators must establish an appropriate basis for employee monitoring, permissions, notices, and retention.
AI, voice, and connected providers
Where enabled, GÖ.AI may transmit relevant prompts, conversation content, or audio to AI, speech recognition, and speech synthesis providers such as OpenAI or ElevenLabs to deliver requested features. We may also share necessary booking or itinerary details with airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, mapping, flight-status, weather, security, cloud-hosting, analytics, and communications services. Integrations vary by deployment and feature readiness. We do not claim that every contemplated provider is currently active.
Location and sensitive travel information
Location and travel context can reveal sensitive patterns. We aim to restrict access based on operational purpose and authorization, and to avoid unnecessary exposure of itinerary details. Do not treat the platform as a guaranteed secure emergency channel. Specific encryption, geographic hosting, retention, and deletion controls should be governed by deployed technical configuration and applicable enterprise agreements.
Retention, security, and rights
We retain information according to operational needs, applicable contracts, provider rules, dispute and security requirements, and law. Security measures may include access controls, credential protection, monitoring, and encryption where implemented; no system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Contact dwayne@goaihq.com to submit a request.
Children, social channels, and updates
The services are not directed to children under 13. GÖ.AI may use approved social-platform integrations for company publishing and analytics subject to their rules. We may update this policy as our products, suppliers, and legal obligations change; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
