Other companies already provide substantial travel and expense workflows. We cannot credibly differentiate GÖ.AI merely by claiming we connect booking to expense reporting.
Consider a flight disruption that causes an executive to miss a connection. That one event could trigger a new flight, revised ground transport, a changed hotel reservation, a policy exception, and several resulting financial transactions.
GÖ.AI's intended advantage is coordinating that chain and preserving an accountable record from the disruption through its operational and financial resolution.
That is a more compelling reason to pay for GÖ.AI than simply gaining access to another booking interface.
Value-Over-Price / VOP
Measurable customer surplus is the pricing constraint.
VOP compares the estimated economic benefit of protecting time, productivity, disruption exposure, administration and policy compliance against the incremental premium over a materially equivalent journey. The pricing objective is an economically sustainable offer that still leaves meaningful value with the customer.
Enterprise reporting can translate this into trip-level and program-level value estimates, using evidence rather than simply asserting that a premium is justified.

Expected Customer Value ÷ Traveler Premium = VOP
Modeled economic value: $415
Modeled premium over comparable travel: $92
4.5× estimated value / price

The initial transaction policy targets 3% retained GÖ contribution after payment processing; this is not a blanket 3% markup on supplier cost. Actual disclosed service and execution charges are determined under the applicable pricing policy, payment economics and enterprise agreement.
